Volunteering at the Burnaby Hospice Thrift Store
David and Thomas started to volunteer at the Burnaby Hospice Thrift Store.
The two friends took on the task of unloading all the donations from the truck, ensuring everything was handled with care. They also make sure to bring the donation bin upstairs for the staff to sort, making the whole process run smoothly. Their ongoing dedication and hard work continue to have a positive impact on the store and the community.
About Burnaby Hospice Society: Established in 1986, the BHS provides compassionate care to individuals and families in our community who are at the end-of-life, grieving a loved one, or learning about death and dying.
Every purchase or donation made at the thrift store supports the Society's free programs and services, ensuring that all proceeds stay within our community.
Thank you, Thomas and David, for your continued efforts and support of this wonderful cause! 🙌👏 For more information or to support their programs, visit Burnaby Hospice Society.
