Thomas is always prepared to dress his best and attend a job interview at a moment's notice—he's that ready! And when Thomas lands a job, he brings unwavering dedication, enthusiasm, and a contagious joy to the workplace.
Here's something you should know about Thomas: he's kind-hearted, compassionate, and has a great sense of humor that can brighten anyone's day. We can vouch for it, as he consistently makes our days better, and we couldn't imagine our team without him.

Hobbies
Thomas has a heart as big and friendly, that one could compare it to Terry Pratchett's "The Luggage," a magical chest whose inside seems unconstrained by its external dimensions and infinitive.
Thomas remembers every person he crosses paths with, cherishing both friends who stay and those who left.
While he has interests and hobbies (naturally!) his greatest passion lies with people.
Thomas treasures their presence in his life and feels their absence deeply when they're not near. -
Social Enterprise
Thomas is a lively social enterprise employee who infuses the workplace with smile and joyful chatter (when it’s expected).
Although he enjoys packaging and disassembly tasks that he performs for SWISSBO, Thomas's contributions extend beyond.
He's a valuable asset in inventory and stocking up as he is strong an able to move heavy objects with ease.Additionally, Thomas has added his creative touch to our Winter Holiday card collections, painting a charming “Reindeer with a scarf”.

Employment Program
Thomas has a good work history and knows how to impress bosses.
He's done office tasks at an Immigration Consultant's office and volunteered at St. Paul's Hospital, washing, folding and sorting uniforms.
But his favorite job was at White Spot, where he made sure each and every serving weighed exactly the same.
He also helped with stocking and cleaning. One thing about Thomas: he loves cleaning, especially sweeping, mopping and running the dishwasher. He's quite something!
“Finding job is not easy”
Thomas takes pride in his work, but his greatest sense of pride comes when he is earning money. Isn’t that what is expected from an adult man?
So, there's Thomas, diligently portioning, mopping, and dishwashing at the White Spot, earning his keep.
When his wage comes to his bank account, he sure feels proud.
Receiving a physical paycheck sure makes him happy.
But it's the moments when he receives his share of the tips—cash directly in his hand—that truly make him feel fulfilled, proudly holding a tangible symbol of his hard work and dedication.
