Leo
The Working Man
Leo proudly calls himself a "Working Man," finding his greatest sense of fulfillment and belonging through employment. Known as everyone's favorite coworker, he consistently ensures the well-being and safety of those around him.
Leo's passion shines brightest when he's engaged in outdoor jobs, particularly gardening, as he eagerly embraces physical tasks and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty.
However, it's in moments of quiet and calm that Leo showcases his full potential. Preferably working by the window, Leo will focus on the task in hand, checking from time to time on the bustle of construction workers or the trains moving in the distance. A true Working Man.

Hobbies
Leo is quite the imaginative guy! His love for daydreaming about distant travels, trains, planes, automobiles and construction sites really shows his adventurous spirit. His favorite activity at PASS, going for an outing on a SkyTrain to the airport to watch planes take off, perfectly combines his interests in transportation and exploration. But Leo is also an exceptional baker; his caramelized popcorn is always a hit among both PASS staff and members. Yum!

Social Enterprise
Leo is one of the latest additions to the PASS Marketplace crew, and we're thrilled to have him on board. Leo enjoys cheering on his team members, encouraging them in their excellent work.
He prefers to work by the window, enjoying the view of the SkyTrain while listening to Johnny Cash in the background. This setup provides him with everything he enjoys - fulfilling employment, a calming view, and the good ol’ tune about that "train that Is coming".

Employment Program
Leo dedicates his time to volunteering at the Stanley Park Ecology Society (SPES) twice a week.
His role involves removing invasive plants from the park, a task that requires him to accurately identify various plant species. Leo's commitment to learning and conservation efforts is truly commendable. Way to go, Leo!
Big trucks, big planes, big dreams
Leo truly loves his job at SPES, finding satisfaction not just in the work itself but also, because he can go to his two favorite places for lunch afterward: Lonsdale Quay Market and YVR airport.
At the airport, he enjoys watching planes take off, and at Lonsdale, he likes listening to buskers while he eats.
But Leo is quite picky about the music. If it's too loud, off-key, or involves bagpipes, he'll leave and find a quieter place to eat. We get it, Leo!
