GET INVOLVED IN OUR EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

At PASS, our members take great pride in their work and have proven capabilities in various tasks, including simple office work (shredding, typing, transcribing, scanning, filing, and organizing), food preparation (portioning, using a scale, packaging), and cleaning (laundry, mopping, sweeping, sanitizing, vacuuming), among other skills.

By becoming a part of our program, you have the opportunity to be an inclusive employer, fostering a workplace that is accepting of individuals with disabilities. Hiring individuals on the Autism Spectrum not only enriches your team with diverse talents but also creates an environment where they can learn, grow, and utilize their abilities while developing new skills.

Benefits of partnering with us:

- Inclusive Employer: Demonstrate your commitment to diversity and inclusion by providing equal opportunities for individuals on the Autism Spectrum.

- Acceptance of Disabilities: Showcase your organization as one that values and embraces the unique abilities and perspectives of all individuals.

- Skill Development: Support individuals on the spectrum in honing their skills and contributing meaningfully to your workplace.

If you are interested in learning more about our Employment Program or would like to discuss potential collaboration, please feel free to reach out. “The students at PASS created 200 custom scented candles for one of our corporate giveaways and they were one of the most popular gifts we’ve ever given out! They also finalized an important packaging and labelling project for us which were completed with exceptional attention to detail. We look forward to future collaborative projects with this passionate and dedicated group of people.”
