Possibly the coolest art Show of the Year
Mark your calendars : the PosAbilities INCLUSION Art Show is happening on October 22 and 23 at the Roundhouse Community Centre in Yaletown, and we couldn’t be more excited to be part of it!
Our amazing artists at PASS have been hard at work for weeks, getting ready to showcase their talents and passions. From sketching and tracing to painting and coloring! We’re buzzing with excitement!
Here’s a sneak peek at what our crew has been working on:
✏️ Trevor brings bold energy to his sketches inspired by his favorite manga characters. He draws freehand but his art is so good as it came straight form a comic book!
🖌️ Chris finds painting to be calming and therapeutic. It’s his favorite activity when he’s at PASS, and it shows in the peaceful energy of his work.
🎨 Fraser is creating a coloring book featuring iconic Vancouver sights. He loves trees and enjoys signs with words on them, so he’s bringing those elements into his sketches.
🏡 Tanya is all about the details. She takes a photo of a house and spends weeks recreating it in her artwork, focusing on every small feature she can see, trust me - nothing escapes her eye!
📺 Alison loves drawing people she’s a fan of, from celebrities to characters in her favorite TV shows. Her art is a reflection of her passions and the people who inspire her.
And that’s just a glimpse! We’ll also be at the event with our PASS Marketplace table, selling handmade gifts like candles, magnets, and art cards, all created by our members.
Check out some behind-the-scenes photos of our artists in action and make sure to read more about the event and grab your tickets before they sell out. You won’t want to miss this wonderful celebration of creativity, community, and inclusion.
See you at the Roundhouse!
