PASS Staff Joins Canadian Blood Services to Support Lapu-Lapu Day Tragedy Victims

In the wake of the tragic car attack during the Lapu-Lapu Day Festival in Vancouver on April 26, which claimed 11 lives and injured many more, the PASS staff has stepped forward in solidarity.

As part of the Partners for Life program with Canadian Blood Services, PASS volunteers came together to donate blood in support of those affected and to help maintain a strong national blood supply.

While not all PASS volunteers were eligible or able to donate this time, their spirit and dedication were deeply felt by those who did.

More volunteers are scheduled to join in the coming weeks, further reaffirming the team's ongoing commitment to supporting Canada’s Lifeline.

This initiative is not just about responding to tragedy — it’s about community, compassion, and action. Through the Partners for Life program, PASS is helping ensure that those in critical need have access to life-saving blood and plasma.
