We had the pleasure of partnering with Julo Mortgages to create a collection of custom client gifts celebrating one of life’s biggest milestones: becoming a homeowner 🏡✨

Julo Mortgages is a mortgage brokerage that supports clients through the home financing process, helping individuals and families secure the right mortgage solutions as they move into new homes and new chapters of their lives.

For this collaboration, we designed and produced handmade items including hand-poured candles, custom magnets, and art prints featuring Fraser’s cool Vancouver-themed artwork. Each piece was made and packaged by PASS Members: Tanya, Charlie, and Alison.

Emma from Julo personally selected each item, curating a small but heartfelt collection to celebrate new homeowners. Her intention was to mark the excitement of a fresh start and the feeling of stepping into a space that truly feels like home. From scent to home décor, every piece was chosen to bring warmth, comfort, and a sense of joy to someone’s new beginning.

We’re grateful to have been part of this project with Julo Mortgages and to contribute a handmade touch to such a meaningful moment in people’s lives.
